philippine law has min. of 400cc for highway and i have only 125cc registered engine so instead of stretching we just chop the headtube brace added triangular braces to make it look more custom and ready for manila pathholes, since i need tight/nimble bike so decided to keep the size and rake for city driving. i keep the front braces same rake with the forks, plenty of room for 125cc.
hi sir, need your help.. need specs and size (diameter and length) ng frame para sa 110cc engine..
ReplyDelete3mm thick chromoly tubing, outside diameter is 1.5inch on the backbone and 1inch downtube and tail section.
ReplyDeletekeep more attention on the stress points like neck and engine mounts.
