it requires time+money+passion on building a bike either from a rolling chassis, donor bike or a kit.
i'm drivin back and forth to a local screw shop (to suy in manila) several times when building each bikes, each build are different so the bolts & nuts type, length, thread sizes are all different, same thing on the wirings, sockets and switches. not to mention applying blu loctite/anti seize on each and every screws and soldering, shrink wrapped all the electrical components! it's not that hard if you love what you are doing but it's really hard compared to assembling a bed bought from sm department stores.
usually i'm using stainless for the bolts & nuts but for the fork end i will use black high tensile bolts, custom machined copper spacers, stainless washers & acorn nuts.
all stainless bolts and acorn nuts for the shifter to protect my foot from scratching specially here in manila shorts and flip flops always in fashion.
tried the low rider bicycle saddle, yeah fits perfect!
installing the low/short fuck-off riser and i painted the bars black thought it will look more aggressive
my custom horizontal licence plate, also painted black.
just installed my custom kick pedal and painted clutch cover.
