downtube headlight

eto yun original plan but i replace it to be sure it wont hit the front fender pag may malalaking lubak lalo na dto sa pinas.

made a polish stainless bracket.

i just bought this new slim headlamp.

now it won't hit the fender.

it can easily relocate to normal position but without headlight upfront looks way cooler.

200 engine mounted

also used my custom nut for the can cover.

old school stop tail light installed.

tested several combinations this 428 sprocket with 14-t front 38-t rear and o-ring chain is the best combination available locally.

also mounted the hand shifter.

some bolts & spacers

centered chain roller with longer bolts and copper spacers.

yes it suppose to be at the bottom but the purpose of this roller is to prevent the chain from slapping the faux oil can.

one size longer grade8 bolts on the front engine mount.

 drilled the holes one size bigger and put a rubber washers in between.

longer bolts and spacers for foot control.

installed with two copper spacers on each side.

little longer and stronger = more comfort.

bought this allen master brake bolt from a local shop.

installed, nice little detail.

went to the chromer

just got my little chromed parts.

test fit my custom rear fender nuts.

instead of a sissy bar i will use this newly made custom nuts to match my favorite kick pedal & shift knob.

since i mounted the risers upfront, so decided to use this bars with a little nice pullback for a better riding position.

tig welded a headlight bracket.

3inch springs to lower the seat and my custom made leather cover.
